Meade Harris is Co-Founder of Dynamo Energy Hub. She has nearly two decades’ experience in the energy sector and has done business in 30 countries, giving her a global outlook on business and life.
Meade is also the CEO of The Hawthorn Club, the international network for women in the energy sector. As the club helps to improve gender diversity and place female executives into the C-suite, Meade is at the forefront of the energy transition. Meade has grown The Hawthorn Club to include branches on four continents, sponsored by some of the world’s biggest energy and technology companies – from upstream and downstream, utilities and power, to new and disruptive technologies.
Kristin Barbato is Co-Founder of Dynamo Energy Hub. With 25 years in energy, Kristin has been an executive in utilities, government, and operations. As the Chief Energy Management Officer of NYC, she managed the US’s largest municipal energy operations ($1.3B).
As CEO of Build Edison, she helps early-stage energy companies get to scaled commercialization faster. Also an adjunct professor at Columbia University, her broad network of experts and energy entrepreneurs provide market insights to move strategies to commercial action.
Events and Communications Manager
Sam brings communications, event management, and digital content expertise to the Dynamo team. With a background in entrepreneurship and client strategy, Sam has worked in a variety of roles from leading digital marketing campaigns to managing social media content creation. Sam drives Dynamo’s marketing strategy and delivers monthly thought leadership events.
Rachel focuses on supporting membership and community engagement. She comes to Dynamo from the Aspen Institute, where she supported events, membership programs, and internal operations. Rachel works with the Dynamo team to coordinate membership initiatives, develop opportunities for growth, and reflect Dynamo member’s interests in the experience the company provides.
Events and Business Development Associate
Vicky is currently a sophomore at Tufts University studying civil engineering. Her interests include clean energy and climate-focused innovation, and she is looking to work in an intersection of civil engineering and energy. Previously, Vicky has worked as an undergraduate research assistant at the Tufts Geohazards Lab, where she focused on earthquake liquefaction inventory. At Dynamo, Vicky supports research and business development, social media, and assissts in event organization.
Jessica is currently studying at the University of Oxford in the UK for a Master’s in Public Policy, specializing in economics and energy. Prior to returning to academia, Jessica spent nearly 15 years with Exelon Corporation as a nuclear engineer, project manager, and regulatory and strategy professional. Her experience and expertise are primarily in strategy and large capital growth project execution. She’s also served as an appointed voting member of her local New York City Community Board, advising on land use, economic investments and workforce development. She has a BA from Columbia University in the City of New York, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as an Alumni Key Recipient.
